Please be sure your designs meet the format and size requirements outlined in the Designing for DTG Guide. These required parameters are also displayed in the uploader. For any files that are missing these requirements, you will receive a message in the uploader explaining exactly what needs to be modified.
If you continue running into problems uploading there are a couple of steps you should try to resolve the issue:
1. Clear your cache and make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of your internet browser (we recommend Firefox or Google Chrome).
2. Make sure you are using a desktop computer and not a mobile phone or tablet.
3. Re-size, re-save, and then re-upload the file. Make sure you add all the needed elements in the uploader (default colors, title, main tag, secondary tags, etc.)
