- If you have made under $20 in lifetime earnings then you will have the option to self-delete your account! Please log into your account and go to your account settings page. From there, navigate to "Edit Settings", scroll to the bottom of the page, and deactivate your account. You will be asked to provide brief feedback on why you have decided to close your account. This type of feedback matters to us, and is the driving source for website improvements, so we really appreciate you sharing your experience. Moving along, once you select your reason for leaving a pop-up box will appear asking you to please verify your decision by entering your account password. This is a security measure. Once you enter your password and click "Deactivate Account" your storefront will officially be deleted and you will receive an email confirmation for your records.
- If you have made $20 or more in lifetime earnings you will need to email community@teepublic.com for help with closing your account. We will be happy to accommodate your request as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind that you can request re-activation of a storefront you deleted by e-mailing us at community@teepublic.com.
