We pay all designers through monthly PayPal or Payoneer transfers. Earnings are paid out on the 15th of every month for all sales made during the previous calendar month. For example, money made during January will be paid out on February 15th. Payments are sent out throughout the day (we are located in EST). Live in a different time zone? To enter or change your payment information, go to your account settings, and click “My Sales” in the left-hand menu. On that page you will see your payment options and can switch your payment email address and/or method. Make sure to enter an email address in the field. Entering any other information (like PayPal.me links or Payoneer IDs) will not work.
We will be sending you an email immediately after this edit is attempted, which contains further instructions. This email will only be active for 30 minutes after it is sent, so try to open it up as soon as you can.
For the best visibility of your payment ID settings, make sure to use a Desktop computer or laptop with the latest version of Google Chrome or Firefox.
